Challenge: The theme for this postcard was to highlight the various reasons someone may choose to send a card. The objective was to impact card buying behavior. The goal was to be reached by either increasing the number of people a member sent cards, or to increase the number of occasions for which cards were sent.
Design: This postcard highlights six card purchases for a variety of reasons. A story was generated from the point of view of why a member may purchase cards and for whom, with specific cards displayed for each reason within the story.

When generating ideas for this project, several ways of viewing the product with people and occasions was explored. An alternative idea using key words without a story is on the left.
